Description

Abutilon ‘Giant Hybrids’  seeds produce plants which have very large single flowers in a nice colour range white , cream through yellow, salmon, rose pink to deep red.

Abutilon ‘Giant Hybrids’  flower on a compact  well branched bush to a maximum of 50 cm high. They make excellent house plants provided they get light. You can train them into standards and they are great plants for the outdoor garden , giving flowers for  most of the year in northern areas if grown in sun

Sowing advice

Sow the seeds onto moist seed raising mix.  Cover them very lightly with mix and keep them moist, but not waterlogged and keep them at about 22 deg C. They should germinate in 7-14 days but germination can be irregular , so don’t discard the trays too soon.
