This lovely  plant is the product of many years of hybridisation, and is known for its very large flowers. This plant  is a very good garden performer , which produces flowers in abundance, very large lavender   flowers, with white  centres, which are held  above a mound of lacy fern like leaves. It has multiple stems which are uniform and abundant, and makes a good garden cut flower.   It blooms in late spring and   summer.

It likes full sun but  will tolerate partial shade.
