This lovely  plant is the product of many years of hybridisation, and is known for its very large flowers. The plant  is a very good garden performer . It produces flowers in abundance, very large pink   flowers, with pale yellow centres, which are held  above a mound of lacy fern like leaves. Aquilegia ‘Swan Pink and yellow’ has multiple stems which are uniform and abundant, and makes a good garden cut flower.   It blooms in late spring and   summer.

It likes full sun but  will tolerate partial shade.
