Armeria ‘Ornament’ is a no fuss easy care  little plant which forms  small neat and tidy cushions of green leaves in your garden bed . From these cushions appear flowers in shades of red, pink lilac and white . The flowers are larger than the usual armeria and make good cut flowers.  The plant likes well drained soil, which is a little on the dry side and can tolerate some drought.

Sowing advice

Sow in pots or trays in moist seed raising mix .  Don’t cover as light is required for germination, just press seeds into the mix. keep at about 20 DegC.  Germination should occur in about 10 – 20 days.
