This popular aster has strong long sturdy stems for cutting, and flower heads which are feathery  and double.  The plant flowers continuously from mid summer through to mid autumn. The colours in the mix range from white through pinks to blue shades.  It is a great flower for beds and borders and also makes an excellent cut flower
