This mustard has bright green leaves with purple veins. It is a great vegetable for stir frying ( bigger leaves) , and the small leaves are great for salads having a sweet mellow mustard flavour with not too much heat

Sowing advice

sow in early spring, late spring and early summer , late summer and early autumn in trays or pots or direct. Sow onto moist seed raising mix and cover lightly.  Ideal temp 15-20 deg C.  they will take about 10 days to germinate
