This calendula flowers almost non stop from spring to autumn, and can be used as a cut flower. It has lovely pinkand lemon flowers which are backedwith a dark red. The flowers are very double. Its petals can be used in garnishes.

Description
This calendula is a beautiful double frilly flower. Its face is a delightful lollipop mixture of pink and lemon and the back of the flower is maroon. It will brighten up the dullest garden.
It will produce flowers over a long period so long as the seed heads are trimmed. Calendula are easy to grow and don’t seem to be bothered by many pests. It makes a very good cut flower, and can also be used to advantage in pots and bedding.
Sowing advice
Sow seeds in spring and early summer, late summer and early autumn.
Sow seeds using a well-drained soil or seed raising mix mix in pots or trays, and lightly cover the seeds with soil/seed raising mix. Optimum germination temperature is 21°C. Seeds can be sown indoors about 4-6 weeks before the last frost or outdoors when soil temperatures are warming up.
