Echinacea ‘Alba’ is the white form of echinacea purpurea. It has pretty white petals with beautiful contrasting centres which are a browny orange. It makes an excellent cut flower coordinating with every colour of flower and foliage , as well as being a showy specimen for the garden. Here it will contrast with all flower colours, and perform well for you so long as it has plenty of sun. It flowers in the first year. Gardeners and home health people use it as a medicinal plant as well as for its beauty in the garden.
