Nicotiana knightiana seeds – (Tobacco Flower)

Description

Nicotiana knightiana seeds produce a tall graceful annual plant which adds architectural form to your garden. It has small tubular flowers which are like pale apple green velvet.  It can be used in a tub or pot as well as in the garden. It is quite hardy, and will grow in sun or light shade so long as it is kept moist. It is a good cut flower and will flower 14 -16 weeks after planting

Sowing advice

Surface sow in spring, cover with glass or plastic and keep warm till germinates. Once germinated, remove cover. Plant out when all risk of frost has passed with 45cm spacing.
