This very pretty perennial  poppy  has golden yellow or rarely  light orange flowers. They are a small plant which are best suited to your special plants plot or rockery garden. They have blue grey leaves which are slightly hairy.

Sowing advice 

Plant the seeds on the surface of a good seed raising mix . Keep them moist at about 18-20 deg.  If there is no germination after about 4 weeks , put the seed pot/tray  into  a plastic bag to conserve moisture, and place in the fridge for about 4 weeks .  After this take them out of the fridge , and  remove the plastic bag.
