This little plant is invaluable as a ground cover and in the rockery. It makes a good container plant.   It is also used as a medicinal plant  in Chinese medicine being one of the 50 fundamental herbs used. This plant is  an easy care one , which has  narrow green leaves, and lovely bright purplish blue flowers. The plant likes it hot and dry, but doesn’t do well in moist warm temperatures.
