Verbascum phoenicum ‘Violetta seeds -(Purple Mullein)

Description

This plant is a shorter form of verbascum which suits many smaller gardens better than some of the taller verbascum forms.  It Verbascum Violetta produces a very dainty fine flower,  reliably every year and has lovely rich dark purple flowers held on thin airy graceful spires. If you deadhead the flowers it will rebloom for you. Grow this plant in well drained soils which are not too rich in compost. It is drought tolerant and will self seed in the garden.
