Veronicastrum sibiricum is a tall handsome plant which is best at the back of a border where it produces tall spires of tiny flowers which provide a statuesque and architectural quality to the border. The flowers  are blue with a pink tinge. The leaves have serrated edges and are produced in whorls, which are very attractive . The flowers are excellent for cutting

It is an easy plant to grow so long as the soil is not too dry.
