Retail Website Terms of Business
Many of the seeds that we sell are imported from reputable suppliers. We believe all seeds are correctly named. As these are sometimes open pollinated, occasional variations may occur and we cannot be held responsible other than for replacement of seeds.
Seeds and plants and delivery
We sell seeds predominantly , but we also have a very small quantity of plants available for sale on an intermittent basis, to Auckland customers only. These are catalogued under P – Plants -P in the category search. These plants are the end result of our tests for seed batch viability. The plants are usually in 9 cm pots.
Payment For Online Orders
When you have submitted your order, we will advise the bank account where you can transfer the order amount. Once the deposit is cleared in the bank account we will send the seeds.
Shipping
We only ship seeds to New Zealand. We also ship plants to New Zealand addresses only. Unfortunately Australia now requires phytocertificates for all seeds, so we are unable to supply Australian customers. .
Replacements and Refunds
In the unlikely event that our seeds fail to please you, we are happy to replace them with the same or similar seeds according to your requirements. Should you wish to return goods, please ensure your seeds are sent to us by recorded delivery with a detailed letter of explanation. You will then be given a full refund.
Substitutes
Our website stock levels are usually up to date, however, if we run out of stock after you have ordered , we can generally substitute items for you. We will contact you if this happens to see whether you would like to do this.
